L.I.F.E VALUES

At our church, our vision is to "Meet God, Meet People," making it easy for everyone to connect with God while doing life together—including our youth.

Our "MPY Group," named by our youth, operates out of the Rangatira Scout Hall every Friday night from 6 pm, except during winter when we meet up every fortnight.

Each evening starts with a karakia, followed by a teaching session that addresses questions from church or explores their own curiosity. After the teaching, we share a kai and dive into some fun games.

This year, our youth are excited about a couple of planned excursions and are organizing fundraisers to support these activities. We also enjoy taking them to other youth fellowships and local outings like movies or dinner.

Our group is led by Mat and Jess Ruru, with support from Geoff & Mikaere Pari, Shari Puna, and Ps Monz. We meet every Friday during the summer and fortnightly during the winter, providing a space for young people to grow in their faith and connect with one another.
